House Beautiful – Kitchen of the Year Makeover


Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ages 13 years or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.
Timing :
Beginning December 15, 2007 at 12:01 AM (ET) through January 15, 2009 at 11:59 PM (ET)

How to enter:
Go to, and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions. Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about January 15, 2009. Drawing will be conducted by Hearst Magazines Consumer Marketing whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via phone, e-mail or postal mail, at Sponsor’s discretion, on or about January 29, 2009.  Winner’s List: For winner’s name, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Kitchen of the Year Makeover Sweepstakes, 300 W. 57th St., 19th Floor, New York, NY 10019 by February 29, 2009. Incomplete or mechanically reproduced entry forms or entry forms that have been tampered with will be disqualified.

Limit :
Limit (1) one entry per household and per e-mail address per day per unique brand presentation for The Kitchen of the Year Makeover Sweepstakes (referred to as the “Promotion”) regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $250,000 which may be used towards a kitchen makeover.

  1. My wife Laurie is a disabled vet 100%unemployable and now she needs a handicaped kitchen. Well with limited money that I earn full time is about 34,000 making ends meet is almost impossible. Wihat she needs is a bit of sunshine Jin her new makeover kitchen. Just the thout of this put a smile on my face. I dont know of a more diserving person.
