First of all, this promotion is not a new one. It started back in February 2015 but since it’s ending by the end of the week and we’ve never posted it, we thought you might like it anyway. After all, who wouldn’t like to win a $5,000 gift card to such a great store?
If you win the Perfectly Plated Sweepstakes, you will receive $5,000, awarded in the form of a Ballard Designs gift card towards the purchase of classic dinnerware, nicely weighted flatware, crisp table linens and more! Three runners-up will also get $500 worth of merchandise from Ballard Designs.
How To Enter
During the Promotion Period, which is ending at 11:59 pm EST on April 30, 2015, complete and submit the sweepstakes entry form available online at sweeps.cooksillustrated.com/ballarddesigns. Once submitted, you’ll be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win either the grand prize or one of three runner-up prizes. No more than one entry per entrants will be accepted for registering. However, you’ll be invited to share the Sweepstakes with friends on the Thank You page in order to earn up to three additional entries into the Sweepstakes.
Entries into the Perfectly Plated Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty one years of age and older as of February 25, 2015.
