Eligibility : The Kohl’s Dream Receipts Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., including DC, 18 years of age or older.
Timing : The Promotion begins on or about 8:00 p.m. CT on November 28, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 24, 2013, subject to local hours that participating Kohl’s Department Stores are open for business between November 28 and December 24, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Store Spotter Game (30 winners per participating Kohl’s Department Store; on November 28 or 29 (depending on location), 4 winners per participating Kohl’s Department Store; November 29 – December 24, 2013, 1 winner per day per
participating Kohl’s Department Store^^) – Sum of winner’s qualifying point-of-sale/cash register transaction at Store, up to a maximum of $5,000.00. If winner entered via price inquiry at Store (and did not make qualifying purchase at Store via point-of-sale/cash register), he/she will instead receive a $50.00 Kohl’s Promotional Gift*. If winner made qualifying purchases at Store point-of-sale/cash register as well as purchases at Store kiosk, winner will only receive sum of qualifying purchases made at Store point-ofsale/ cash register, up to a maximum of $5,000.
Online Sweepstakes (30 winners; on November 28, 4 winners; November 29 –December 24, 2013, 1 winner per day) – Sum of winner’s qualifying purchases corresponding to randomly selected entry, up to a maximum of $5,000.00.
