Participants wishing to enter the Sweepstakes can visit CloralenInstitute.com starting on July 15th. Entrants are required to provide their email address, full name, state of residence and phone number prior to entering. As a result, an entrant will receive one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.
Alternatively, consumers can also get an Official Entry Form on display and neckhangers on CLORALEN products at participating retailers in California and Texas. Each entry form must be completed in its entirety and deposited in the receptacle available at your participating retailer. In addition, you can also mail it in a hand-addressed envelope via first-class mail, to: CLORALEN Institute Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7728, Melville, NY 11775-7728.
CLORALEN Institute Sweepstakes Details
- The CLORALEN Institute Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents who reside in California or Texas and are 18 years of age or older at time of Entry.
- Participants can enter during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 15, 2016 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2016.
- There is a limit of one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
- Two grand prize winner (one for California, one for Texas) will be selected during a random drawing to be conducted on or about October 3, 2016 from among all eligible Entries received.
