How To Enter : Visit website www.nick.com/rango (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete a Sweepstakes registration form.
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must have your Parent’s prior permission if you are considered a minor in the state in which you reside and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and (ii) between six (6) and fifteen (15) years of age at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Timing :Â The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 31, 2011 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on February 14, 2011.

Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a private movie theater screening of “Rango” for the Grand Prize Winner, his or her Parent and up to twenty-nine (29) guests (three of the guests must be over the age of eighteen (18) and be willing to serve as chaperones) (Parents and guests shall be collectively be referred to as the “Guests”) in the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown or in a location within a twenty (20) mile radius (the “Movie Screening”). Movie Screening includes (i) a two (2)-hour auditorium rental; (ii) roundtrip limousine transportation from the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the Movie Screening for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Parent; (iii) red carpet experience, including a red carpet, soft lights, C-stand with spring loaded base, chrome stanchions, velvet ropes and all cables and hardware; (iv) a “paparazzi experience” with up to two (2) photographers taking pictures of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests; and (v) snacks and drinks for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guests. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,800.
