Eligibility :
At the time you register, you must be 21 years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater, and a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
Timing :
Participants may register for the Game beginning on March 1, 2009 through March 19, 2009.
