Faith Hill Mother’s Day Contest

Eligibility : The “Faith Hill Mother’s Day” Contest (“Contest” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia or Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), who are at least 18 years of age and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Contest.

Promotion Period : The Contest begins on or about 12:00:00 am (mid-night) on 4/15/10 and ends 11:59:59 pm on 5/10/10 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, navigate the Internet to www.faithhillfragrances.com (“Web site”), and click on the icon for the “Faith Hill Mother’s Day Contest”

Limit : Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZES (25 total winners):  each winner will receive one (1) Faith Hill signed fragrance (1.7 fl oz / 50 ml) and one (1) Faith Hill signed photograph. ARV: $60.00 each.

FIRST PRIZES (50 total winners): each winner will receive one (1) $50.00 Amex gift card (gift cards subject to terms and conditions thereon). ARV: $50.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$4,000

Winners : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Faith Hill Mother’s Day Contest Winner’s List”, c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001, to be received no later than 5/10/10.
