How To Enter : During the promotion period that commences at 12:00:01 PM CT on August 27, 2014, visit http://www.cmt.com/asm/firestone/ to complete and submit the online entry form. Please note there is a limit of one (1) entry per per day and that all entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on September 10, 2014.
Eligibility : The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry.
Prizes : The Grand Prize Winner, randomly selected by VMN on or around September 11, 2014, will receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend the CMT Crossroads: John Legend and Lee Ann Womack taping on September 17, 2014, at the Factory in Franklin, TN. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed in connection with the Event. The trip shall consist of the following:
- (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of VMN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport of VMN’s choice near the Event, at VMN’s sole discretion.;
- (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a hotel of VMN’s choice, near the Event, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy;
- (c) ground transportation to/from airport and hotel;
- (d) two (2) passes to attend the CMT Crossroads: John Legend and Lee Ann Womack taping;
- (e) five hundred dollars ($500.00) spending money.
