Eligibility : To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, you must, at the time of entry be: (a) a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) 18 years or older, (c) physically located in the U.S, and (d) a DISH subscriber whose account was active, open and in good standing (as determined by DISH in its sole discretion) as of October 13, 2013. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law.
