Eligibility : The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years of age or older

Promotion Period : The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 1, 2009 and end at 5:00 p.m. ET on January 25, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter during the Promotion Period visit www.foodnetwork.com/SOBEsweeps, complete the online entry form in its entirety, and submit.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to Miami, FL from the major airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for four (4) days/three (3) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in Miami; (iv) admission to the 2010 South Beach Wine and Food Festival including parties with Guy Fieri, Sandra Lee, Rachael Ray, the Neelys, plus culinary demos; and (v) $500 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $4,750.
