David Beckham Academy Match Master Games Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The David Beckham Academy Match Master Games Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia who are at least eight (8) years of age or older (“Entrant”) at the time of entry. Special Instructions for Children Under 13 Years of Age: Entrants under 13 years of age must have the verifiable consent of his/her parent/legal guardian to enter the Sweepstakes and will be required to provide the first and last name of his/her parent/legal guardian and the email address of his/her parent/legal guardian before entering the Sweepstakes. Please see the Parent/Legal Guardian Verifiable Consent section, below, for the rules for obtaining parent/legal guardian verifiable consent.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes shall run from 12:01 a.m. EST on June 1, 2008 to 11:59 p.m. EST on September 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
No purchase necessary. You must have Internet access during the Sweepstakes Period to enter the Sweepstakes. Enter online in one of two ways.

Match Master Game method: A 12 digit code is located on the inside of the MatchMaster Interactive Soccer Game (the “Game”). This code can be used to enter the Sweepstakes one time during the Sweepstakes Period. Go to The David Beckham Academy website located at http://www.thedavidbeckhamacademy.com (the “Website”). The Entrant must choose the “United States, Los Angeles” location and click on the “Sweepstakes” sub-tab to be directed to the Sweepstakes url, www.MatchMasterSweepstakes.com . An Entrant will enter his/her birth date and click “Submit”. An Entrant 13 years of age or older at the time of entry will then be requested to submit the 12 digit code found inside the Game and to complete and submit all other required information requested in the Participant Registration Form. An Entrant under the age of 13 will be required to submit his/her parent/legal guardian’s name and email address (see Special Instructions for Children Under 13 Years of Age, Section 1 above) before entering the Sweepstakes.

The Entrant must choose the “United States, Los Angeles” location and click on the “Sweepstakes” sub-tab to be directed to the Sweepstakes url, www.MatchMasterSweepstakes.com. An Entrant will enter his/her birth date and click “Submit”. An Entrant 13 years of age or older at the time of entry may then request a 12 digit code. A 12 digit code will be generated and the Entrant will then be requested to submit the 12 digit code and to complete and submit all other required information requested in the Participant Registration Form. Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize – London Experience. This Prize shall be awarded only to a child who is 8–15 years of age at the time of entry. One (1) Winner will attend a Three-Day David Beckham Academy Course in England. The Winner may select up to four (4) friend to accompany him/her. A parent/legal guardian must accompany the Winner and each friend.c The Grand Prize includes Round Trip Airfareb for up to ten (10) people to London; five consecutive (5) nights for up to ten (10) people at a hoteld to be selected by Sponsor; transfers to and from the airport and hotel and to and from the hotel and The David Beckham Academy. Approximate retail value for this Prize package is $35,000.

One (1) First Place Prize – Los Angeles Experience. This Prize shall only be awarded to a child who is 8–11 years of age at the time of entry a One (1) Winner will attend a Three-Day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles. Winner’s soccer team may accompany the Winner, which team can be a maximum of seventeen (17) people, which shall include the Winner and the Winner’s parent/legal guardian, two other adults (who should be the coaches of Winner) and fourteen members of Winner’s soccer team or other friendse (the “Team”). The First Place Prize includes Round Trip Airfareb for the Team to Los Angeles; three (3) consecutive nights for the Team at a hoteld to be selected by Sponsor; transfers to and from the airport and the hotel and to and from the hotel and The David Beckham Academy. Approximate retail value for this Prize package is $35,000.

Ten (10) Second Place Prizes. This Prize shall only be awarded to children who are 12–15 years of age at the time of entry. Ten (10) Winners will attend a Five-Day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles. A parent/legal guardian must accompany each Winner. The Second Place Prize includes Round Trip Airfareb for up to two (2) people to Los Angeles; five (5) consecutive nights for up to two (2) people at a hoteld to be selected by Sponsor; transfers to and from the airport and the hotel and to and from the hotel and The David Beckham Academy. Approximate retail value is $3,500 for each Prize package.

Ten (10) Third Place Prizes: This Prize shall only be awarded to children who are 8–11 years of age at the time entry. Ten (10) Winners will attend a Three-Day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles. A parent/legal guardian must accompany each Winner. The Third Place Prize includes Round Trip Airfareb for up to two (2) people to Los Angeles; five (5) consecutive nights for up to two (2) people at a hoteld to be selected by Sponsor; transfers to and from the airport and hotel and to and from the hotel and The David Beckham Academy. Approximate retail value is $3,000 for each Prize package.

One (1) Fourth Place Prize. This Prize shall only be awarded to a child who is 8–15 years of age at the time entry. One (1) Winner will receive instruction from two (2) The David Beckham Academy coaches at the Winner’s home training field. The Winner and up to nineteen (19) additional friends who are also between the ages of 8 and 15, will receive six (6) hours of soccer instruction at the Winner’s home training field and receive a David Beckham Academy jersey. Winner shall provide balls, cones, bibs, goals and field. Approximate retail value for this Prize package is $3,500. Odds of winning: One (1) Prize for all entries received. Sponsor and/or Administrator are unable to determine the number of entries.

Twenty (20) Fifth Place Prizes: Twenty (20) Winners will receive a David Beckham Academy soccer kit and sweatshirt. Approximate retail value is $150 for each Prize. Odds of winning: Twenty (20) Prizes for all entries received. Sponsor and/or Administrator are unable to determine the number of entries.

Two Hundred (200) Sixth Place Prizes: Two Hundred (200) Winners will receive a David Beckham Academy “goody” bag, which consists of a skills book, mug, pens and pencils, and key-ring. Approximate retail value is $40 for each Prize. Odds of winning: Two Hundred (200) Prizes for all entries received. Sponsor and/or Administrator are unable to determine the number of entries.

Eligibility :
