Roxy - Win a Trip to the Roxy Pro Hawaii Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Win a Trip to the Roxy Pro Hawaii Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”)  is 0pen only to U.S. and Canadian residents who, as of July 16th, 2008, are 13 years of age or older.  Employees of Roxy/Quiksilver, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales reps, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Proof of identity must be furnished upon request.

Timing :
Sweepstakes runs from 9:00 a.m. July 16th, 2008 through September 30th, 2008.

How to enter:
Visit the Roxy website at Roxy.com and follow the instructions to enter on-line. See the Roxy.com website for copies of these official rules. Quiksilver (Roxy Division – “Roxy”) is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are either human or technical in nature. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 30th, 2008 to be included in the contest.

Limit:
Limit one entry per person per day. An unlimited amount of entries are accepted per person.

Prize (s):
The following prize package will be awarded to one (1) Winner: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest (a parent or guardian must accompany a winner under 18 years of age) from the airport nearest winner’s home to Oahu, Hawaii.  Maximum value of each flight not to exceed $750.00.  Winner will pay difference if flights from their nearest airport are more than $750.00; three (3) nights accommodations in Oahu, Hawaii at the Outrigger Reef Hotel for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of December 2008, double occupancy;  and VIP passes for the winner and one (1) guest to the Roxy Pro Hawaii event.

Roxy Follow Your Heart Contest

Eligibility :
You must be 13 years of age or older as of April 15, 2008 to enter. You must be a valid United States or Canadian citizen to enter.

Timing :
Submissions will be accepted during the period starting from April 15, 2008 at 12:00:01 AM (Pacific Standard Time) and ending August 1, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) (“Submission Period”).

How to Enter :
All entries must be Follow Your Heart Tour related and depict or explain how you are currently or want to Follow Your Heart and how $10,000 could help you on your path. If music is used in video it must be entrant’s original creation and not ‘borrowed’ or ‘shared’ from another artist. Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes.
You will provide a short, creative digital video program of 2-3 minutes in length (“Video Submission”) to Quiksilver that shows her goals and dreams for her future career or hobbies and explains how she would use the prize money to achieve or try to achieve those goals and dreams. Programs longer than 3 minutes will not be eligible and will not be included in the contest.

Prize (s):
GRAND PRIZE – One (1) Video Winner will be awarded the Grand Prize consisting of $10,000, which the Winner agrees she will use to work towards accomplishing her goals as described in her winning Video Submission.

VEIWERS CHOICE AWARD – One (1) Video Winner with the most video votes will be awarded the Grand Prize consisting of Roxy product. Approximate retail value $250.00 for the Second Prize
