ACUVUE Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
ACUVUE® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., Universal McCann, ePrize, LLC, R/Greenberg Associates (”R/GA”), Momentum NA, Inc, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. An eligible minor must have his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter and will not be awarded prize without permission of parent or guardian.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, you may receive an eDecoder at a Chicago Cubs game or a viewing party on Navy Pier, or you may obtain an online virtual eDecoder when you register for the Sweepstakes. To participate, visit www.acuvuefreetrial.com and follow the links and instructions to move the physical or online virtual eDecoder over the scrambled image to reveal the hidden code. Then, complete and submit the registration form, including the code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: A MacBook Air™, all features determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2,000. Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry. If entrant is at least 13 but is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which entrant resides (”Minor”), entrant will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter and be declared the Grand Prize Winner. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (”MTVN”), Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, a division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. (”J&J”) and MTVN’s and J&J’s parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless Released Parties against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of the Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

“The American Mall Premiere Party Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on June 16, 2008 and ends at 12:00:01 PM (ET) on July 14, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
Visit http://www.cleanandclear.mtv.com (the “Website”), a web site owned and controlled by MTVN. Follow instructions to opt-in to Sweepstakes and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Website’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”.

Prize (s):
The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. Grand Prize Winner must travel to the event planned for this Sweepstakes which is currently contemplated to take place on July 28, 2008, but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, CA. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; and (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
