Fred Meyer Jewelers - Diamond Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to U.S. Residents Only, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fred Meyer Jewelers, Kroger Corporation, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) regardless of where they live and persons living in the same household such as employees (whether or not related) are not eligible.

Timing :
Sweepstakes will begin on July 1st, 2008 and will terminate September 30th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Winners will be selected by October 15th, 2008.

How to enter:
Complete on-line entry form for the Sweepstakes and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions; OR hand print your name, complete address and phone number either on a post card or separate piece of paper no larger than 8 1/2”x 11” mailing the card or paper to Fred Meyer Jewelers, Inc., Diamond Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 42121, Portland, OR 97242 (limit one entry per envelope). Limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address. All entries must be received no later than September 30th, 2008 at 11:59 PM PST. All entries received after 11:59 PM on September 30th, 2008 will be discarded.

Fred Meyer Jewelers, Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected entries, postage due mail, mutilated, incomplete, incorrect or illegible entries. On-line entrants must be authorized account holders of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. Regardless of the number of entries (properly) submitted, each entrant is limited to registering only one mailing address and e-mail address in this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) March 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on September 30, 2008 (”Promotional Period”).

Grand Prize (1): Grand prize winner will receive a $25,000 cash prize to purchase the diamond of their choice from their own jeweler. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25,000.00.

First Prizes (10): First prize winners will receive a $1,000 cash prize to purchase the diamond of their choice from their own jeweler. ARV: $1,000.00 each prize.

Second Prizes (100): Second prize winners will receive Windex® for one (1) year awarded in the form of five (5) product coupons, each for a Windex® Glass & Multi-surface Cleaner up to 32oz. ARV: $19.45/each prize.
