Eligibility :
Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of August 5, 2008. Employees and directors of IcemanRX, Inc., and Amazon Services LLC (“Amazon.com”) and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and web suppliers, and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household are not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 15, 2008 (”Entry Period”).

Participants must fill out the sweepstakes entry form to be entered into a random drawing which may include, without limitation, electronically agreeing to Amazon.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which is located at www.amazon.com/privacy (collectively “Eligible Entries”.) Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 15, 2008.
