Eligibility :
Open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., 17 years and younger as of April 14, 2008, except for employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (”Sponsor”), Judges, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
 

Timing :
Beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on April 14, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter:
A)  Log on to www.lunchables.com, click on LUNCHABLES Six Flags Instant Win Game icon and follow the on-screen instructions. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Prizes may be subject to verification. If you are not a winner, you may return to lunchables.com to play again; however, limit of one (1) game play per day per person, or email address. Sponsor reserves the right to void any game play made through any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method and to disqualify any individual who has used such a method. OR B) To play by mail, hand print, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, your name, complete address, daytime and evening phone numbers, date-of-birth and mail to: LUNCHABLES Six Flags Game Play, P.O. Box 3487, Oak Brook, IL 60522-3487. Mail-in requests must be received by September 30, 2008. Limit one request per envelope per day. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of The Marketing Store, an independent judging agency (”Judges”) will play one (1) Instant Win Game play on behalf of the applicable request. No mechanically reproduced requests permitted. Only potential winners will be notified by regular mail.

Limit :
Limit one prize per person or email address, regardless of the method of play.

Prize (s):
Five (5) Grand Prizes: A V.I.P. Party at Six Flags to include one hundred (100) one (1) day admission tickets, flash passes and catered lunch at any Six Flags Theme Park during the 2008 or 2009 season, Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) $8,500/ea; Three Hundred (300) First Prizes: Season passes valid for the 2008 or 2009 season at any Six Flags Theme Park, ARV: $100/ea; Two thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Second Prizes: Five Dollar ($5) Six Flags gift certificate valid for select in-park food, merchandise and games at any Six Flags Theme Park, valid for the 2008 or 2009 season, ARV: $5/ea.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$85,000.

Dodgers First Pitch Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Dodgers First Pitch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of California who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related) of Los Angeles Dodgers LLC (”Sponsor”), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as defined, below, in “Prizes” section).

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Pacific Time (”PT”) on May 12, 2008 and ends at 8:59 PM PT on August 19, 2008 (”Entry Period”).

How to Enter :
There are two ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted.

Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period, persons desiring to submit an entry (”Entrant(s)”) may go to www.dodgers.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting his/her completed online entry form as directed, each Entrant will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by Entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com’s Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from www.dodgers.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails.

2. Mail-in Method: If an Entrant does not wish to enter online, Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing Entrant’s name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a 3″x5″ postcard and mailing the postcard with proper postage affixed to:

First Pitch Sweepstakes Dodger Stadium 1000 Elysian Park Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Prize (s):

Twenty-one (21) “Prizes” will be awarded: one (1) Grand Prize, ten (10) Second Prizes, and ten (10) Third Prizes.

One (1) Winner will receive a Grand Prize including four (4) Baseline Box tickets for the Dodgers game against the San Diego Padres to be played at 7:10 PM PT on September 2, 2008 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California (the “Game”) plus the opportunity, subject to the rules and regulations of Sponsor, to throw out the “Ceremonial First Pitch” prior to the Game. Baseline Box tickets include access to Baseline Box Clubs that feature a complimentary food and non-alcoholic drink buffet from the time the stadium gates open until the 7th inning. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $900.

Ten (10) second place Winners will each receive four (4) Infield Reserve tickets for the Game (each, a “Second Prize”). The estimated retail value of each Second Prize is $124.

Ten (10) third place Winners will each receive one (1) replica hat (each, a “Third Prize”). The estimated retail value of each Third Prize is $18.
