2008 Jeter’s Ford Challenge

Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the States of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (”Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Ford Motor Company (”Sponsor”), Tri-State Quality Ford Dealers Association, Inc., J. Walter Thompson U.S.A., Inc, Exposure Marketing, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, and US Territories (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
The 2008 Jeter’s Ford Challenge (”Promotion”) consists of an Instant Win Game (”Game”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 6/2/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 7/15/08 (”Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
To play, visit www.jetersfordchallenge.com (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period, follow the instructions to complete the registration form, read and accept these Official Rules and submit as directed. All registration information requested must be provided and all registrations must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on 7/15/08. Entrants who successfully enter and complete the registration form during the Promotion Period will automatically be given one opportunity to play the Instant Win Game. For the Promotion Period, the number of random, computer-generated winning times equaling the total number of Instant Win prizes listed below will be created and distributed throughout the entire Promotion Period. Entrants who are the first to play the Game at or after one of the randomly generated times will be notified on-screen that they are a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize subject to verification and will automatically receive a notification message at the email address used to register.

Ford Partner Recognition 2008 Instant Win Game

Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia) who are actively enrolled in the Partner Recognition Program, have an active partner code and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters (including Ford Motor Company), Marketing Associates, Xperience Communications, any prize contributors, their respective related companies, franchisees and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
Timing :
The Promotion begins April 10, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Instant Win Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined. There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:

1. Online: Visit http://ford.eprize.net/partnerevent08 and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including your partner code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing and will also have an opportunity to play the Instant Win Game. Once you advance to the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If you are a potential Instant Win Game winner, you will instantly receive an email explaining how to retrieve your prize.

1. Text Message: During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text-messaging capable device, text XPLAN to the short code 30241. Text HELPXPLAN for information. Prize (s):

Eligibility :
The contest is open to residents of United States, ages 18 and older. Employees of Miller Motorsports Park, the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, Barbasol, the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge, and of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and advertising agencies, and the directors, managers, employees and agents of such entities, and the immediate family members of all such persons (spouses, siblings, parents and children), are ineligible to participate
or win.

Timing :
The contest will begin at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on May 1, 2008. The contest ends at 12:00 p.m. midnight Mountain Daylight Time on August 31, 2008.

How to Enter :
To participate in the contest, participants must log onto mustangchallenge.com/Barbasol, and fill out and submit the official entry form. Entry may also be made at Miller Motorsports Park at each race held there by completing an entry form and dropping the form in the designated entry box. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) grand prize awarded. The grand prize winner will be awarded a trip for two (2) persons to Miller Motorsports Park to see the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge Series Finale race on September 21, 2008 (including airfare, 2 nights hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the hotel and Miller Motorsports Park and tickets to the race). Eligibility :
