The “Buy Seth Dinner Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older or age of majority if greater than 18 in their state of residence at time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M., Eastern Time (ET) on September 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on November 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”.)
