my kitchen is 25 years old and in need of a makeover. My husband lost his job after 9/11 and the funds were never there.
I think a makeover is a great idea just like the articles in the magazine

My 1958 kitchen could use a little TLC!! A more functional layout with more storage, a dream!

The sweepstake promotion is misleading as one needs a passworld. I always buy my magazines at the corner bookstore as I love browsing before I purchase. What a disappointment.

Our kitchen floor is cracking and needs replacing and I love all the great ideas I see in your magazine. My husband is a great cook and we operate a two room bed and breakfast and this helps us a great deal as we are on a limited income.

My husband and I have been married for 34 years and we have 5 children. The last will graduate from high school this year. My husband is a peanut and cotton farmer who loves to cook. I would love for him to have a manly gourmet kitchen. It is a dream of ours but until all children finish college that is all it can be. thanks susan mcclenney

My husband and I built our house 24 years ago. It was a lot of hard work. We had family and friends help us. My husband would love to update the kitchen but we are out of energy. I would love to surprise my husband. He
always tells me whatever I do I do it for you. I see how hard he has worked and would love to do it for him. Thank you for your consideration.

Two years ago, I lost my husband of 47 years. We bought our home in 1972 and the kitchen has never been upgraded. What a “before and after” opportunity this would be. Nothing could give me more excitement than a new kitchen! Are you watching, Honey?

note in the fine print that installation is not included with this prize - that could add up!”Labor and installation are not included with any prize component. … Prize package must be redeemed by 4/1/2010.”

My kitchen cupboards are 40 years old — same as my house and all my appliances are 20 - 25 years old. Would really love to replace the entire kitchen, but we can’t. Your magazine is terrific — it makes me wish for a new kitchen.
