Eligibility : The Real Outdoor Living Backyard Oasis $10,000 Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Missouri and West Virginia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own their own home for which the Grand Prize may be used. Residents of other states are ineligible to enter or win.

Promotion Period : The Real Outdoor Living Backyard Oasis $10,000 Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (Central Time [“CT”]) on April 21, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on August 31, 2009.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive construction of an outdoor wooden structure including materials, design consultation and professional installation by a local licensed carpenter. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $10,000.

First Prize: One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 gift card to the home improvement retailer of their choice (ARV $1,000).

Second Prizes: Eight (8) Second Prize Winners will each receive a $250 gift card to the home improvement retailer of their choice (ARV $250 each).
