Eligibility : The Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese Freshen Up Your Fridge Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese Freshen Up Your Fridge Contest begins on June 8, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), ends on August 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.FreshenUpYourFridge.com and follow the links and instructions to register for the Contest.

Limit : Each entrant may submit one (1) Submission during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package consisting of a spacious new Whirlpool® LATITUDE™ refrigerator, a one (1) year supply of Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese and an in-home visit by a registered dietitian. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,890

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: One (1) year supply of Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese and a $500 American Express® gift card. ARV: $770.

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: One (1) year supply of Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese and a $250 American Express® gift card. ARV: $520.

ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: One (1) year supply of Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese. ARV: $270.
