Eligibility : Submitting a video in this Contest is open to persons who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, at least eighteen (18) years of age, or age of majority if greater than 18, and who are registered users of http://www.youtube.com (including all mirror or derivative sites, and all replacements or successor versions thereof) (“YouTube Site”) (“Registered User”).
Promotion Period : The YouTube Caroling Presented By Marshalls and TJMaxx Contest (“Contest”) begins November 29, 2009 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Contest Period”).
How To Enter : Visit www.youtube.com/jointhecarolers and follow the instructions.
Limit : Only one (1) entry per Registered User.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift card.
Second Prize: Up to fifteen (15) Second Prize Winners will each receive a $100 TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift card.
