Publix At Season’s Peak Apples Recipe Contest Rules

Eligibility : All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years old and legal residents of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, or South Carolina at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Entries will be accepted beginning October 22, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ending December 2, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (”Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Visit publix.com/atseasonspeak and submit your original recipe on the Official Entry Form

Limit : Multiple entries are allowed from one entrant, but each recipe must be submitted as a separate entry and only one (1) entry per submission will be accepted.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: Fifty-two (52) $100 Publix Super Market gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,200.00.

Three (3) Runner-Up Prize Winners will each win: A $100 Publix Super Market gift card. ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $100.00.

Winners : For Winners’ List or a copy of the Official Rules, visit publix.com/atseasonspeak or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Publix At Season’s Peak Apples Recipe Contest,” c/o Meredith Corporation, 1716 Locust St., LN 318, Des Moines, IA 50309–3023, specifying either “Winners’ List Request”" or “Official Rules Request.” Winners’ List will be available after January 29, 2010.
