Eligibility : The Ginny’s Take A Break Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. & D.C. (except Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are 18 years of age or older, at time of entry. Void in PR, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Ginny’s Take A Break Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on August 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 30, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Visit sweeps.ginnys.com or ginnyssweepstakes.com and completely fill out the information required on the Entry Form and answer the survey question.

Limit : one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Package consisting of: A gift certificate for a year’s supply of biweekly Merry Maids® Cleaning Service-Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2600; A $250 Spa Finder Gift Certificate; A $250
