Battlestar Galactica Frak Pack Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Battlestar Galactica Frak Pack Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes’) is open to permanent, legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam and all other US territories are excluded), who are physically located therein and who are 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Battlestar Galactica Frak Pack Sweepstakes will begin on January 16, 2009, at 09:00:00 AM EST and end on March 21, 2009, at 09:00:00 AM EST (“Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Access the SCI FI channel Battlestar Galactica website at www.scifi.com/bsg (“Website”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon. Follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form(“Entry Form”), which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth. Your Entry Form will constitute your entry into the Sweepstakes (“Online Entry”).

Limit:
You may enter a maximum of ten (10) times during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry (i.e., no more than ten (10) entries per person throughout the Promotion Period may be submitted in total, whether participant enters by cellular phone or online or a combination thereof).

Prize (s):

Ten (10) prizes, (each, a “Prize”) will be awarded. Each Prize consists of a Battlestar Galactica Screening Package including the following items: one (1) Battlestar Galactica Series DVD set, one (1) Battlestar Galactica framed cast photograph, one (1) Battlestar Galactica signed script, one (1) Battlestar Galactica Toaster, one (1) “Big Frakkin’ Bag,” and one thousand dollars ($1,000) worth of Kentucky Fried Chicken Gift Certificates. Specifics. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize: one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,300) each.
