Eligibility : The Krispy Kreme Back to School Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Krispy Kreme Back to School Sweepstakes begins on or about August 11, 2009, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30, 2009, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : Visit the website at www.krispykremebacktoschool.com (the “Website”) and follow the links to the online entry form.

Limit : Limit one entry per person per day.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) winners :  Each winner will receive an 8 GB Apple iPod touch, approximate retail value $230.
Each winner will also designate the school of his or her choice to receive an iMac 20″ desktop computer, approximate retail value $1200.

Winners : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Krispy Kreme Back to School Sweepstakes Winners List, Doug Shouse Marketing, LLC, 210 N. Main Street, Suite 300, Kernersville, NC 27284, between October 1 and October 30, 2009. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Winners list requests received outside this period will not be fulfilled. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing request.
