to enter using the code. Each code can only be used one time. Entrants must follow the entry instructions and complete the information requested of them on the on-line entry form page. (full name; complete address (no PO Boxes), phone number, including area code; and e-mail address and the Unique Code).
Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia (excluding Florida) and Canada (including Quebec) who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence.
Timing : The start date is 12:01 am Central Time December 27, 2013 and the end date is 11:59 pm Central Time March 3, 2014.
Limit : Limit of one entry per person.
