Eligibility :
To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants who have won a prize in any Scripps Networks promotion (i.e., Food Network, HGTV, Fine Living, DIY Network, and Great American Country) in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period are ineligible to enter or win a prize. The Sweepstakes, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States. Employees of the Sponsor or of Television Food Network, G.P., Scripps Networks, LLC, The E.W. Scripps Company, other participating sponsors, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
Timing :
The Food Network Store Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time (“PST”)) on June 19, 2008 and ends at 12:00 a.m. PST on July 18, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
Two Ways to Enter: 1) Visit the Food Network Store website at www.foodnetworkstore.com and click on the sweepstakes link (the “Web Site”); during the Sweepstakes Period, subscribe to the Food Network Store Newsletter (the “Newsletter”) and submit the requested information, and you will automatically be entered; or 2) if you do not wish to subscribe to the Newsletter, you may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the requested information, and click “I do not wish to subscribe”. All entries submitted become the sole property of Television Food Network, G.P. (“Food Network”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sweepstakes is governed by Food Network Store’s privacy policy, which is available on the Web Site.
