Eligibility
SweepstakesMag Insiders Sweepstakes is open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void wherever prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2016 and consists of twelve (12) separate monthly entry periods:
- Monthly Entry Period #1: From 12:00 a.m. ET on January 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #2: From 12:00 a.m. ET on February 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 29, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #3: From 12:00 a.m. ET on March 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #4: From 12:00 a.m. ET on April 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #5: From 12:00 a.m. ET on May 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #6: From 12:00 a.m. ET on June 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #7: From 12:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #8: From 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #9: From 12:00 a.m. ET on September 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #10: From 12:00 a.m. ET on October 1, 20165 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #11: From 12:00 a.m. ET on November 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2016;
- Monthly Entry Period #12: From 12:00 a.m. ET on December 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2016;
How To Enter
To be entered into the Sweepstakes, you must visit http://www.sweepstakesmag.com and sign up for the Sweepstakes Insiders Newsletter to receive future emails from SweepstakesMag. You must (a) complete the Email Subscription Request, (b) successfully receive the initial Verification Message and (c) click a link listed in this message to activate your subscription. Be sure to check your inbox for a verification message from “FeedBurner Email Subscriptions”, the service that delivers email subscriptions for SweepstakesMag Insiders. If you don’t see a confirmation e-mail in a reasonable amount of time please check your bulk/spam folder.
If you unsubscribe to receive future emails, all entries you may have will be automatically removed from future prize drawings. By entering the sweepstakes, you consent to receive emails from SweepstakesMag.
Limit: Each entrants may enter one (1) time during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
SweepstakesMag will not acknowledge receipt of entries. All entries become the property of SweepstakesMag and will not be returned. If you unsubscribe to receive future emails, all entries you may have will be automatically removed from future prize drawings. By entering, you acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and the decisions of SweepstakesMag, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winning entry, the entry will be deemed made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or education institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Drawing
SweepstakesMag will randomly select the potential Monthly Entry Period winner from all eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period of the Sweepstakes Period, on or around the first Monday of each month. Non-winning Monthly Entry Period entries will carry over into subsequent Monthly Entry Period Drawings. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, potential winner forfeits prize. The potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, SweepstakesMag will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the respective prize will remain un-awarded.
Prizes
Twelve (12) Grand Prizes (one (1) awarded per Monthly Entry Period): A $100 Amazon.com gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.
Limit of one (1) prize per newsletter subscriber.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
