Ambassadors of Rock Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Ambassadors of Rock Sweepstakes you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Ambassadors of Rock Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (8:01 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time [“GMT”]) on May 28, 2009 and ends at 12:00 noon PT (8:00 p.m. GMT) on September 10, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.ambassadorsofrocksweeps.com (the “website”), fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address per day using the online method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of two trips for two (2) to attend one (1) Hard Rock Ambassadors of Rock® concert (“Concert”) at such locations as will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Destination City”). Sponsor will advise the winner of the Destination Cities available at the time of winner notification. Each trip will include round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major international airport gateway nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to the Destination City and the following components in such Destination City: four (4) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy); admission for two (2) to the Concert; sight-seeing tour of the city for two (2); dinner one evening; US$500.00 spending money (for winner only); round-trip sedan transportation between airport and hotel; and round-trip ground transportation (via taxicab allowance) between hotel and the Concert. The winner of the Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor and on the same itinerary. If a winner cannot travel on such dates, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. In the event a winner is a legal resident of the United States (“U.S. Winner”), the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV“) for the Grand Prize will be US$14,288.00.

The maximum total approximate retail value of all prizes (including any applicable International Tax Assistance Awards) is US$30,617.11.

Hard Rock Grammy Awards Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Hard Rock Grammy Awards Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least 18 years of age). SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.

Timing :
Hard Rock Grammy Awards Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) on January 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 26, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize includes a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) tickets to the 51st Annual GRAMMY AWARDS at the STAPLES Center, and two (2) tickets to the Official GRAMMY Celebration After Party on February 8, 2009. Trip includes roundtrip airfare for two (2 people) to Los Angeles from the major United States gateway airport nearest winner’s home, two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to and from hotel, to and from the GRAMMY AWARDS and to and from The Official GRAMMY Celebration After Party, and a total amount of $250 spending cash. Hotel, airline, and airport to be designated by Sponsor. Estimated retail value up to $4,250 depending on winner’s point of departure.
