Eligibility :
The Money Saving Tips Contest is open only to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and are registered users of www.youtube.com at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Money Saving Tips Contest begins at 12:01 am PST on October 3, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm PST on December 16, 2008 (”Contest Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, go to www.YouTube.com/walmart (the “Contest Site”) and follow the onscreen instructions. Contestants will be invited to submit a video on the theme of providing one or more tips on saving money (”Submission”). Submissions may be made beginning at 12:01 am PST on October 3, 2008 and must be received no later than 11:59 pm PST on November 14, 2008. (”Submission Period”).

Limit:
Limit one entry per person or email address per day.

Prize (s):
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize includes a $6000.00 Wal-Mart Gift Card. ARV of each prize: $6000.00.

Ten (10) First Prizes: Each First Prize includes one Flip Video Mino Black Camcorder, Model # F360B. ARV of each prize: $149.00.

Jig-A-News 2 Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to US residents aged 21 years-old or older as of September 9th, 2008, who are legal residents of one of the 50 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother) and legal or common-law spouses of such employees, and/or those living in the same households as such employees, are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on September 9th, 2008 at 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on October 22nd, 2008, at 11:59 pm EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, the entrants must go to www.jigaloo.com (the “Website”) and subscribe to the Jig-A-News, Jig-A-Loo’s monthly newsletter, by clicking on Subscribe in the menu. In order to subscribe, the entrant must fill-out the online form including its name, email address, phone number and interest. Any online form received after the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for the draw.

Limit:
Only one entry per person and per email address will be permitted, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter more than once.

Prize (s):
The prize (“Prize”) shall be awarded to one (1) winner and shall include one (1) $200 Wal-Mart gift card.

America’s Worst Bathroom Contest 2008

Eligibility :
The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Timing :
The America’s Worst Bathroom Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 17:00:01 AM ET on March 5, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Dec 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter, log on to www.mywhitecloud.com/americaworstbathroom/

(i) Complete your contact information.

(ii) Tell us in 250 words or less why you have chosen this bathroom photo. How did you discover this bathroom and what makes it the worst one in America? Your story cannot be offensive, defamatory nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights. All decisions regarding such matters shall be made by the independent judging organization, in its sole discretion. Kruger Products (”Sponsor”)_ reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with the White Cloud’s image. Submitted stories must be your original work, must not have been previously published and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

(iii) Send us a digital photo of the bathroom. Your photo must be a .gif or .jpg file. Please keep your photo at a maximum resolution of 250X400 pixels or under 500Kb in size. Do not submit photos that feature any identifiable persons, other than yourself, nor the intellectual property of others. Vulgar, unsuitable or inappropriate photos will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. You acknowledge that by submitting a photo online it is within the public domain and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the submitted photo that may result. Submitted photos must be your original work, must not have been previously published and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

(iv) All entries become the property of Sponsor, including all intellectual property rights in the story and photo submitted. All right, title and interest (including moral rights) that each entrant has is waived and transferred and assigned to Sponsor by virtue of the contestant entering the Contest. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend, alter, change or edit any stories or photos submitted that are chosen to participate in the Voting Period (as hereinafter defined) of this Contest.

(v) All Entries will be reviewed during the Contest Period, and must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on Dec 31, 2008. All Entries completed and received in accordance with these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”), will be eligible to be chosen as one of the ten finalists.
