Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older as of 9/5/08 except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
Timing :
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 PM (NOON) (ET) ON 9/5/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 10/6/08.
How to enter:
Complete an Official Entry Form available at www.dovesummerindulgence.com, enter your Code and follow the on-screen instructions. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail address from which the entry originated. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 10/6/08. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit:
One (1) entry per e-mail address/person per day. If more than one entry is received per e-mail address/person per day, only the first entry received will be eligible.
Prize (s):
Three (3) Grand Prizes: A trip for prize winner and one (1) travel companion to prize winner’s choice of one of the following destinations (each, a “Trip”): (i) a 6-day/5-night trip to Tucson, AZ, which includes accommodations and three meals per day at Canyon Ranch Resort and $2,000 to be awarded as check made payable to prize winner only; (ii) a 6-day/5-night trip to Waikiki Beach, Oahu, which includes accommodations at the Halekulani and $2,000 to be awarded as check made payable to prize winner only; and (iii) a 6-day/5-night trip to Paris, France, which includes accommodations at the Intercontinental Paris LeGrand and $1,500 to be awarded as check made payable to prize winner only. The “Trip for 2 to Hawaii” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Hawaii), Puerto Rico and Canada except employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC (hereafter “Sponsor”), Void in The U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries & all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law.

The “Trip for 2 to Hawaii” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 1, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Three (3) Ways to Enter: 1) go to any Spirit Halloween retail store, purchase merchandise and provide your email address at the register; 2) go online to www.SpiritHalloween.com, make a purchase and provide your email address, OR 3) go online to www.SpiritHalloween.com and follow the Sweepstakes instructions to submit an online entry, including entering all required information. All entries must be received by November 1, 2008 at which time this sweepstakes ends.

Prize (s):
Winner will receive a prize package which consists of the following items; (i) a trip for winner and one guest to Hawaii, including: round trip coach class airfare from a commercial airport near winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor; (ii) five (5) nights at Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii-, standard room;. Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein (including, but not limited to, meals and gratuities), are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.
