Cunard Line 2008 - The Royal Treatment Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C. WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of Cunard Line & Carnival plc, Ltd. (”Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or employees; (b) officers, employees or agents of any organizations directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including any co-Sponsor of the Sweepstakes; (c) immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) and (b) above.

Timing :
Please do not mail entry form card. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Complete the electronic entry form with all information requested between August 1, 2008, 6:00:01 a.m. PST and no later than October 31, 2008, 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”) on the Sponsor’s website located at http://www.cunardroyaltreatment.com/, you will be entered into Cunard® Line 2008 Royal Treatment Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you hereby agree that you have read and will be bound by the Sweepstakes’ Official Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) and the Privacy Policy of Cunard Line (“Sponsor”) found at http://www.Cunard.com/legal. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, “receipt” of an internet entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the “Submit Entry” button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, cript, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner (”Winner”) must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules in order to qualify for the prize.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person / email address by all method of entry combined.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Spa massage and a 2009 six-day Transatlantic Crossing voyage for Winner and one (1) travel guest (”Travel Guest”) on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2® (“Prize”). Voyage includes Category (B4) Premium Balcony occupancy accommodations on a Transatlantic Crossing (”Voyage”). Travel must be taken in April, May, September or October 2009. Dates set forth herein as determined by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($3,190.00). FOR THE VOYAGE AND FOUR HUNDRED TEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($410.00) FOR THE MASSAGES.

Smithsonian.com - Trip of a Lifetime- Voyage to Melanesia

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees, trustees, and agents of the Smithsonian Institution and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each may not enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Winner agrees that the Sponsors, their affiliates, prize suppliers, and all their respective Regents, officers, agents and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of the prizes awarded.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) August 15, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET October 31, 2008 (”entry period”).

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter. To enter online, go to http://www.smithsonian.com/lifelistgiveaway, follow the links, then complete the online entry form and click submit during the entry period. To enter offline print your complete name, address, age, optional e-mail address on a plain piece of paper. Mail your completed entry to: TRIP OF A LIFETIME: VOYAGE TO MELANESIA SWEEPSTAKES, 420 Lexington Avenue, Suite 2335, New York, NY 10170. All mailed entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2008 and received by November 10, 2008. 

Limit:
Limit one entry per contestant per day, regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: 18 days (including overnight travel time), 16 night trip for two to Melanesia. Trip includes roundtrip international coach airfare from Los Angeles International Airport to Nadi, Fiji and from Cairns, Australia to LAX. The departure dates are March 2, 2009 from LAX to Nadi and March 20, 2009 from Cairns, Australia to LAX.
