Eligibility :
Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska, who must be 19 years of age or older) at time of entry. Employees and directors of Best Buy Stores, L.P. (“Sponsor”), Electronic Arts Inc., and their parent entities, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and web suppliers, and any companies who are performing work in Best Buy stores at the request of Best Buy (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding.

Timing :
Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 1, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 15, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter :
Persons who are eligible in accordance with Rule #1 may enter the Sweepstakes in two ways: Automatic Entry: Preorder or purchase the EA Sports NASCAR 09 game at www.bestbuy.com and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Automatic entry is only available online; preorders or purchases made in Best Buy stores are not eligible for automatic entry. To enter without purchase, visit www.bestbuy.com/nascar09 during the Entry Period, click on the EA Sports NASCAR 09 sweepstakes icon, complete the online entry form, and click on submit, and you will receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 15, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing.

There are four methods to receive a The Cards Tell The Tale Game Play (the “Game Play” or “Game Plays”) in the Promotion. If you choose to play by placing an order and accessing Pizza Tracker at www.dominos.com (the “Website”) you must register for and complete your Game Play within 48 hours from the time your order was placed. Access to the Promotion via Pizza Tracker ceases 48 hours after your order is placed.
