Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes is not open to employees of the Playboy, MRI and each of its and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws of the United States with venue in New York County in the state of New York and all claims must be resolved in the United States. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that Playboy, MRI, their affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from any acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

Timing :
The entry period will begin at 12:00 A.M. (E.T.) on June 3, 2008 and will close at 11:59 P.M. (E.T.) on December 3, 2008. Write-in entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2008, and received no later than December 8, 2008. Internet entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. E.T. December 3, 2008.

How to enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter:(1) Enter by visiting the Playboy.com survey and completing all of the required information and following all instructions. Submit your entry by clicking on the “Continue” button as required. Or (2) enter by mail by printing your name, address, e-mail address, the name of the prize drawing and daytime telephone number (optional) on a 3.5″ x 5″ card and mailing it to: Playboy.com study, Mediamark Research, Inc., 75 Ninth Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10011.

Limit:
Limit one entry per person during the entry period.

Prize (s):
Twenty-one (21) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about December 12, 2008. The prize is nontransferable and non-endorsable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the sole discretion of Playboy. Playboy has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will  receive an Apple iPod nano (valued at $190.00) and twenty (20) runners up will each receive a Playboy T-shirt (approximate retail value: $19.95 each)

Playboy’s Miller High Life Extras Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Each contestant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry and resident of the 50 U.S. (except California residents) and D.C. and must have Internet/email access prior to July 1, 2008. Prize (s):
Prize package includes(1)Trip for two (2) to Chicago, IL; Winner will become a part of the photo crew as an assistant on an upcoming Playmate “Xtra” shoot in Chicago, IL., (NOTE: Guest will also attend photo shoot but only Winner will be part of photo crew. Winner and guest attending the photo shoot will be exposed to unclothed women during the shoot.) Winner’s photo crew duties may consist of assisting the photo crew with various duties such as moving lights, directing the model, taking test shots, bringing bottled water to the model and other tasks upon request.
