ABC OTV - Mary Kay & ABC present The View of New York Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Entrants must be 18 or older and legal residents of and currently physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, independent beauty consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed or currently perform services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies or advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play.  “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouses, regardless of where they reside.  “Household members” shall mean people (whether or not related) who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:00 a.m. on 6/16/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on 7/6/08 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter, during the Promotion Period go to www.marykay.com and complete and submit the Internet Official Entry Form  in its entirety, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”).  All Entries must be received before or by 11:59:59 p.m. on 7/6/08, when Sweepstakes ends.  Repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically prohibited and such Entries are void.

Limit :
Limit one Entry per person or email address per day.

Prize (s):
Twenty-one (21) Daily First Prizes (one per day): A filled color compact (in the pre-determined “look-of-the-day” color on the applicable day entry is selected). ARV: $113.50 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $2,383.50.

One (1) Grand Prize: A filled color compact (in pre-determined “look-of-the-day” shades) (ARV: $113.50); and a four (4) day /three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to New York City (“Trip”) on a date that is mutually agreed on by the sponsor and the winner. Trip consists of the following elements: [1]: two (2) tickets to a live show taping of The View; [2] roundtrip coach class air transportation or train transportation for two (2) from a Sponsor-selected major U.S. gateway airport or train station near winner’s home to New York (If the winner resides within 250 miles of the Destination, they may receive ground transportation to/from their home in lieu of airline or train tickets);  [3] three (3) nights hotel accommodations in New York (one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); [4] airport or train station/hotel transfers in New York;  [5] plus a choice of one of the following three options (winner must choose one option, either A, B, or C):
Option A “Pampering”:  Option A “Pampering” consists of the following elements: [1]: two (2) spa treatments each for winner and guest (total of four (4) spa treatments; [2] Shopping Spree for $500.00 for winner only.
Option B “Gourmet”: Option B “Gourmet” consists of the following elements: [1]: two (2) dinners for two at a New York based restaurant (restaurants to be determined by the sponsor) for winner and guest; [2] one (1) lunch for two at a New York based restaurant (restaurant to be determined by the sponsor) for winner and guest.
Option C “Entertainment”: Option C “Entertainment” consists of the following elements: [1]: two (2) tickets to two theatrical shows or musical performances in New York City (shows/performances to be determined by the sponsor) for winner and guest;

Total ARV of all prizes :
$7,197.

The Sex and The City Makeover Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ages 13 years or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

Timing :
Beginning December 15, 2007 at 12:01 AM (ET) through January 15, 2009 at 11:59 PM (ET)

Go to marieclaire.com, and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions.

Limit :
Limit (1) one entry per household and per e-mail address per day per unique brand presentation for The Sex And The City Makeover (referred to as the “Promotion”) regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will win $250,000 which can be used to travel to New York for shopping and pampering.
