Mary Kay & ABC present the 2008 - Beauty of Country Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Entrants must be 18 or older and legal residents of and currently physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, independent beauty consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed or currently perform services for Sponsor, or Mary Kay, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies or advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” shall mean people (whether or not related) who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on 9/16/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on 10/16/08 (“Promotion Period”). 

How to enter:
To enter, during the Promotion Period go to www.marykay.com, www.beautyofcountry.com, www.7online.com, www.abc7chicago.com, www.abc11tv.com, www.abc7.com, www.myabc30.com, www.abc13.com or www.6abc.com and complete and submit the Internet Official Entry Form in its entirety, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”). All Entries must be received before or by 11:59:59 p.m. on 10/16/08, when Sweepstakes ends. Repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically prohibited and such Entries are void. The use of any system, sweepstakes club, third party, or agent to submit online entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: a four (4) day /three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to attend the 2008 CMA Awards(SM) ceremony in Nashville, TN (“Event”) on Wednesday November 12, 2008 (collectively, “Trip”), consisting of the following elements: [1]: two (2) tickets to the Event; [2] roundtrip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a Sponsor-selected airport near winner’s home to Nashville (if winner resides within 250 miles of Nashville, they may receive ground transportation to/from their home in lieu of airline tickets); [3] three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Nashville (one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); [4] airport/hotel transfers in Nashville; [5] one (1) spa treatment each for winner and guest; [6] one (1) makeover by a Mary Kay stylist for winner only; and [7] one (1) Mary Kay makeup kit for winner only. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,900.00.

One Hundred (100) First Prizes: one (1) set of Mary Kay® products, including: TimeWise Microdermabrasion Set, Mary Kay 2-In-1 Body Wash & Shave, Mary Kay Hydrating Lotion, Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, Satin Hands Pampering Set, Ultimate Mascara, Mary Kay Compact filled with mineral color (3 eye, 1 cheek and lipstick). ARV per each set of products: $200.

$20,000.00.

CoverGirl - Circle of Champions Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (except New York and Florida) and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (”Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void in New York and Florida and where prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).

Timing :
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on June 2nd, 2008, 5:00 PM ET and ends at 12:00 PM ET on October 31st, 2008.

How to Enter :
To enter, access www.covergirl.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be submitted by 12:00 PM ET on October 31st, 2008. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply.

Limit :
There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per person and per e-mail address.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Each of the three (3) Grand Prizes consists of a two-day, one-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest (if the winner is under age 18, the guest must be the winner’s parent or legal guardian) to meet with a world-class gymnast designated by Sponsor, a makeup bag containing assorted CoverGirl products selected by Sponsor, and a makeover and photo shoot. Meeting with gymnast, makeover and photo shoot will take place at a location and on a date and time specified by Sponsor. If winner is not available on the date and time and at the location specified, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event winner’s residence is more than 100 miles from the designated location, the winner and guest will also receive round trip coach class air or train transportation, standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (room rate and taxes only) for one (1) night at a hotel selected by Sponsor, and ground transportation between the destination airport or train station and hotel and between the hotel and location. Trip itinerary and details will be determined solely by Sponsor. Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $3,850.00. Exact value will depend on market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and where the winner resides.

Second Prize: Each of the seventy-five (75) Second Prizes consists of a makeup bag containing assorted CoverGirl products selected by Sponsor and an autographed photograph of a world-class gymnast. ARV: $50.00.

Third Prize Each of the one-hundred fifty (150) Third Prizes consists of a CoverGirl Lash Blast waterproof mascara. ARV: $6.00.
