Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the contiguous United States (the “Territory”) and are 18 years or older, each as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (as defined below).

Timing :
The Whitest Tour Ever 2008 Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 5 PM, Eastern Time (”ET”) on Wednesday May 21, 2008 and ends at 5 PM ET on Thursday July 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter this Promotion, go to the www.sirius.com/thepulse website (, the “Promotion Website”) during the Promotion Period, complete the online entry form, and click “submit” (”Entries”). Entries must be received by 5 PM ET on Thursday July 31, 2008. All entries become the property of Sirius and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

One (1) Grand Prize:

Thee Grand Prize will consist of a trip for two to attend The Whitest Tour Ever 2008 featuring Counting Crows and Maroon 5, concert in West Palm Beach, FL, tentatively scheduled for Saturday October 4, 2008 ( “Event”). The Grand Prize will include two (2) nights and three (3) days trip for two which includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to West Palm Beach, FL (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) Two (2)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and (c) Two (2) tickets to the Event. Date, time and location of Event is subject to change by sponsor of Event and is not the responsibility of Sirius.

First Prizes:

There will be thirty seven (37) first prizes awarded, each consisting of a pair of tickets to a performance of The Whitest Tour Ever 2008, featuring Counting Crows and Maroon 5, at one of the venues set forth below (“Venues” and each such prize, a “First Prize”).
