During the Entry Period you may enter via the Internet by logging onto thewebsite athttp://incrediblehulk.marvel.com/sweeps (the “Entry Site”) and following theSweepstakes entry directions, providing your first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city,state, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address. Once you have followedall of the forgoing requirements you will be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Online Entry”).

Limit:

Prize (s):

LG - Picture a Flat-Panel Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Picture a Flat-Panel (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry who own a flat panel TV and who did not purchase any equipment to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of LG Electronics, USA, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to enter:

You will asked to answer fifteen (15) survey questions and upload four (4) photos of your flat panel TV setup. Once you answer the survey questions and upload four (4) photos of your TV setup, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. By uploading your photos, you agree that each photo conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your photo fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Photo Guidelines:

• The photo must be in .jpg format; and
• The photo must not exceed 600KB in size.

Content Restrictions:

• The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and

Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Florida and New York) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters (including The Henry Ford), any prize contributors, their respective related companies, franchisees and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.

The Promotion begins May 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Instant Win Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined.
