Lunchables Indiana Jones Adventure Game

Eligibility :
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 17 years of age and younger as of April 14, 2008

Timing :
Beginning April 14, 2008 through September 15, 2008

How to Enter :
Log on to www.maxedout.yahoo.com or use the Yahoo search tool and enter the words “Lunchables Maxed Out” to locate the game. You will need to enter one of 12 access codes found inside specially-marked LUNCHABLES Maxed Out packages. Each code will unlock one of 12 unique Indiana Jones adventures. Complete an online adventure and receive a Crystal Skull. Use the Crystal Skull to play and see if you have won a prize. If you receive a winning message, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize.

Limit :
Limit of one game play per day per login & password/person and limit of up to 72 game plays during the promotion (each access code may be played up to six times during the promotion).

Prize (s):
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Winner’s choice of one of the following: either a Southwest U.S. Adventure Trip for four (4), OR a Mexico Adventure Trip for four (4). Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for four (winner and three guests) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to destination city; 7 days/6 nights hotel accommodations; airport transfers, excursions, tour guides, most meals; and $1,000 in spending money. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $8,500.

The Ticket to Adventure Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The “Ticket to Adventure Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 8 years of age or older at time of sweepstakes entry.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes promotion period begins at 10:00am, ET on May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59am, ET on October 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.myIndyAdventure.com. Participants must click on the “Ticket to Adventure Sweepstakes” icon to register for the Sweepstakes. At the Sweepstakes Site, entrants will be required to provide certain personal information in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry over the course of the Promotion Period per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, email address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Trip: National Geographic Expedition – Peru: Land of the Incas Grand Prize trip is for up to four (4) family members: Grand Prize winner and up to three family members, one of whom must be at least the age of majority in his or her state of residence, all of whom must be at least 8 years of age and all of whom must travel on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize winner is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence, at least one (1) of the traveling companions must be winner’s parent or legal guardian.
