Eligibility :
Entrants must be legal U.S. residents (except residents of Florida or Puerto Rico), 21 years of age or older at the time of entry with a valid driver’s license. Employees of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties, its advertising or promotional agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, participating locations, competitors, and members of their families and immediate households are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Void in Florida, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins on or about June 30, 2008 and ends October 31, 2008.

How to enter:
Complete an official entry form located at all T.F. Green International Airport exit booths, located on all on-airport parking shuttle buses, by visiting www.parkpvdairport.com or write your name, age, address, day and evening telephone numbers and e-mail address on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: “Love Green. Love Parking. Love Bug. Sweepstakes” P.O. Box 221002, Cleveland, Ohio 44122.

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize, a 2008 Volkswagen New Beetle. Approximate retail value of prize: $20,000.

2008 GMC EVENT SWEEPSTAKES

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of General Motors Corporation (“Sponsor”), Digitas LLC, Exposure Marketing, Inc. (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/1/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

•  ONLINE - Visit www.gmc.com/events (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form (“Entry”). All registration information requested must be provided. ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 AM EST on 12/31/08.
• AT GMC EVENTS – Complete an official entry form, available while supplies last at the sweepstakes display at any GMC-sponsored event (collectively, the “Events”; any one an “Event”) during the Sweepstakes Period, and deposit in the entry box. EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE POSTED CLOSING TIME OF THE EVENT.
• VIA MAIL – Complete an official entry form included in Sponsor direct mailings and mail to the address listed on the entry form. No mechanical reproductions permitted and each entry must be mailed separately. MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 12/31/08 AND RECEIVED BY 1/5/09.

Limit :
One (1) Entry per person or email address regardless of entry method.

Prize(s) :
Winner’s choice of any Current Model year GMC Vehicle.

Total ARV of all prizes :
$61,000.
