GM - The Big Choice Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are U.S. Military Service members who either reside in the fifty (50) United States, or District of Columbia, or who are currently stationed outside the fifty (50) United States, or District of Columbia and possess an APO/FPO address, and who are 18 years of age or older. For the purpose of these Official Rules, a “Military Service member” is defined as an active or reserve member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard or National Guard. Employees of General Motors, Military Discount Division (“Sponsor”), The Event Group (“Administrator”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and dealerships, and immediate family members (spouse, sibling, child, parent and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable, federal, state and local laws.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit www.gmmilitarydiscount.com and register for the Program to be eligible. All registrations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
There are three (3) prizes available to be awarded (as described below). The Grand Prize winner will have his/her choice of Prize A, Prize B or Prize C. The First Prize winner will have his/her choice of one of the two remaining prizes. The Second Prize winner will be awarded the remaining prize. Limit one (1) prize per household.

Prize A: A Pontiac G8 GT. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): $35,000.

Prize B: A trip for two (2) (on dates to be determined by Sponsor) to attend Super Bowl XLIII scheduled to take place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL in February, 2009. Prize C: A trip for two (2) (on dates to be determined by Sponsor) to attend the 2009 Daytona 500 at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL in February, 2009. Trip includes: hotel accommodations for two (2) for four (4) days and three (3) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy), round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Daytona Beach, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, two (2) tickets to the 2009 Daytona 500 and select meals each day. ARV: $6,000

GMAC - Get The Edge Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of time of entry, with a valid drivers license, are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes except persons who are officers, directors, or employees (and members of household or their immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their household members) of Sponsor; its affiliates, subsidiaries, their respective advertising, promotion and web design agencies, including PrizeLogic, Pulse Marketing, Equilibrium, and other individuals/entities associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing :
The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game (”Game”) that starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 6/2/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M, ET on 3/31/09, or when all Game prizes have been awarded, whichever is earlier (”Game Period”), and a Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) that starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 6/2/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M, ET on 3/31/09 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
Visit www.smartedgebygmac.com (”website”), click the link to the “Get The Edge” promotion, and enter your email address. Select one (1) building in the GMAC Financial Business Park, i.e. Automotive Financing, Banking, Insurance, or Mortgages, that you wish to enter by clicking on that building. You may either answer two (2) questions about that building’s subject or after you have answered one (1) question about that building’s subject, you may click to enter another building and answer one (1) question about the second building’s subject.  After you have answered two (2) questions, the Game will be unlocked and you can follow the instructions to play the Game. Register by completing all of the requested information, e.g., your name, complete address, date of birth, home phone number, email address, and the Special Code found on your Game card. NOTE: If you do not have a Game card containing a Special Code, follow the online instructions to obtain a Special Code that will grant you access to play the Game. After you have successfully registered, you will automatically receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  You will then see a screen displaying four (4) GMAC building icons. 2008 GMC EVENT SWEEPSTAKES

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of General Motors Corporation (“Sponsor”), Digitas LLC, Exposure Marketing, Inc. (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/1/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• AT GMC EVENTS – Complete an official entry form, available while supplies last at the sweepstakes display at any GMC-sponsored event (collectively, the “Events”; any one an “Event”) during the Sweepstakes Period, and deposit in the entry box. EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE POSTED CLOSING TIME OF THE EVENT.
• VIA MAIL – Complete an official entry form included in Sponsor direct mailings and mail to the address listed on the entry form. No mechanical reproductions permitted and each entry must be mailed separately. MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 12/31/08 AND RECEIVED BY 1/5/09.

Limit :
One (1) Entry per person or email address regardless of entry method.

Prize(s) :
