Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding FL), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, their advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Promotion, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Florida and where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Promotion begins at 12:01 A.M. ET on 6/16/2008 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 7/20/2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
How To Register and Enter by Wireless Device: If you have a text messaging capable wireless device from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion by sending a text message with the word “DODGE” to the short code 39668. Standard text messaging rates apply. You will receive a “thank you” text message following receipt of your text message. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by responding “end”, “stop” or “quit” to any of the messages. Please use caution and do not disrupt traffic or drive in an unsafe manner while participating in the registration/entry process.

Free Method of Entry Online: To enter the Promotion online, visit www.sixflags.com and complete the online registration form as required.

Free Method of Entry by Mail: To enter the Promotion by mail, hand print your name, complete address, zip code, date of birth and home phone number on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Six Flags/Chrysler Summer Sweepstakes

It’s a New Day, Win a New Dodge (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of ChryslerLLC; Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge Dealerships; BBDO Worldwide;ePrize, LLC, QEK; JR Thompson; Gail & Rice and Competition Graphics and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and house hold members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on May 8, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. E.T (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

To Enter Online: During the Promotion Period, visit www.dodgeboysracing.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period. Limit: Each entrant may enter online by logging in one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

To Enter by Text Message: You can also enter the Sweepstakes using a two-way text-messaging capable device by sending a text message with the word “DODGE” or “WIN” to the short code 57447 during the Promotion Period. All entrants must have a text messaging two-way capable handset and digital service in order to enter the Sweepstakes using the text messaging method. Text Messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. The submission of the text message constitutes one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period. Limit: Each entrant may enter by text message one (1) time during each applicable Entry Period. A potential winner using a two-way text-messaging capable device may also be contacted by telephone regarding verification and prize claiming instructions; a potential winner contacted by phone may incur charges according to his/her carrier’s rates, and potential winner agrees to incur any and all such charges. To Enter at a Race: You can also enter the Sweepstakes at the Dodge Challenger 500 Race at Darlington Raceway for Grand Prize 1; For Grand Prize 2 at the Dover Raceway at the Best Buy 400 Benefiting Student Clubs for Autism Speaks on May 30 – June 1, 2008; Grand Prize 3 at the Dover 400 Race on September 19 – 21, 2008 and Talladega SuperSpeedway at the amp Energy 500 Race on October 3 – 5, 2008 by visiting the Dodge consumer information kiosk and completing and submitting an entry form with a Dodge representative. Limit: Each entrant may enter at each Race one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: 2008 Dodge Caravan. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $22,700.

ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: 2009 Dodge Journey. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $19,985.

ENTRY PERIOD 3 PRIZE: 2009 Dodge Ram. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $26,900.
