Eligibility :
The Pistachio Shoot for a Million Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia age 21 or older who have a valid driver’s license at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Paramount Farms, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Alcone Marketing Group (“Alcone”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and entities engaged in the design and implementation of the sweepstakes and the immediate family members and members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible. “Immediate family” means parents, children, sisters, brothers and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins on June 9, 2008 at 10:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 27, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM PT.

How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: on-line and mail-in:

On-line Entry: Visit www.sunkistpistachios.com or www.wonderfulpistachios.com and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the online entry form for receipt by 11:59:59 PM PT on July 27, 2008.

Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip, phone number (including area code), email address (optional) and date of birth on an Official Entry Form (available, while supplies last, at selected grocery store locations) or on a 3” x 5” paper and mail in a first class stamped envelope to: Pistachios Pit Stop Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 6635, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663. You can enter as often as you wish, but each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope, postmarked by July 28, 2008 and received by August 4, 2008.

Limit of one entry per person or email address per day (12:00:01 AM PT – 11:59:59 PM PT).

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): A trip for four (4) to Daytona Beach, FL for a weekend in February 2009. (Weekend will consist of arrival on a Friday and departure on Sunday) Trip includes round-trip coach air travel for (4) to Daytona Beach area, luxury RV rental for the weekend, tickets to a professional auto race, rental space for the RV at race infield for the weekend and $1,250 for gas, food and scanners. Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are U.S. Military Service members who either reside in the fifty (50) United States, or District of Columbia, or who are currently stationed outside the fifty (50) United States, or District of Columbia and possess an APO/FPO address, and who are 18 years of age or older. For the purpose of these Official Rules, a “Military Service member” is defined as an active or reserve member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard or National Guard. Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

During the Promotion Period, visit www.gmmilitarydiscount.com and register for the Program to be eligible. All registrations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.
