Hershey | Cadbury - British Virgin Islands Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [parents, children, siblings and spouse]) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) (collectively, Sponsor and Promotion Parties) are not eligible to participate or win.

Timing :
This Sweepstakes begins at 03:00:01 p.m. PST on September 01, 2008, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PST on January 31, 2009. 

How to enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter. 

INTERNET: Visit www.mycadburylife.com (the “Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes entry page.  Follow the online instructions to complete the Official Online Entry Form and submit as instructed to register for sweepstakes.  Online entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2009 to be eligible to win.

MAIL: Hand print your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers and date of birth on a 3 x 5 piece of paper and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to:  Cadbury British Virgin Islands Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1007, Young America, MN 55594-1007.  All entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2009 and received no later than February 9, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing.

Limit:
Limit one (1) online entry per name per e-mail address per day.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per name per address per day.

Prize (s):
Two (2) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to the British Virgin Islands.  The prize includes round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near winners home within the U.S.), standard hotel accommodations (double-occupancy) for six (6) nights, and $1,000 in spending money awarded in the form of a check (made payable to the winner).  Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,300.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$8,600.00.

Entertainment Weekly - Back to School Sweeps!

Eligibility :
The “Back to School” Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Entertainment Weekly Magazine (the “Sponsor”), Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 8/11/08 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 9/30/08.

How to enter:
To enter, visit www.ew.com/backtoschool, and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 8/11/08 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 9/30/08. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Method #2: To enter via US mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: Back to School Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9238, Medford, NY 11763-9238. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 8/11/08 and 9/30/08 and received by 10/7/08. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail/entries.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: 4 night/5 day trip for four (4) to British Virgin Islands in Leverick Bay Resort. (ARV: $7,878.00). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, and airfares at time of departure.

Three (3) First Prizes: EW’s Best of Family DVD Library consisting of 20 best movies for kids as selected by EW (ARV: $200.00 each);

Five (5) Second Prizes: A Snapfish Photo Album (ARV: $50.00 each).
