Eligibility :
Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
Timing :
Sweepstakes begins April 15, 2008, and ends August 14, 2008. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm, E.T., on August 14, 2008.

Prize (s):
On or about August 18, 2008, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Sponsor’s supervision. One (1) winner will choose one of the following makeover prize packages:

Prize Package #1: Decorating Makeover prize package, which includes the winner’s choice of furniture and accessories from the Better Homes and Garden® furniture collection, with a retail value of up to $5,000 including cost of shipping (furniture must be selected and ordered by December 31, 2008); and a check for $5,000; total Decorating Makeover prize package retail value up to $10,000; OR

Prize Package #2: Beauty Makeover prize package, which includes a 3 day/2 night trip to New York City for the winner including roundtrip transportation as determined by Sponsor, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $600; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations, ARV $600; beauty consultation with consultant of Sponsor’s choice including, hair styling, makeup, and clothing, ARV $3,800; and a check for $5,000; total Beauty Makeover prize package ARV $10,000.

Kraft Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Kraft Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on May 23, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to www.bhg.com/Kraftbackyard and fill out the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.
