Linkedin & Banana Republic Makeover Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on October 29, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on November 22, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:

To enter, visit http://linkedin.eprize.net/makeover during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each day you subsequently update your profile, for up to nine (9) days during the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit:
Each participant may receive up to ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes for registering for the promotion, and updating his/her profile.

You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, view the daily destination and the Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States/D.C. and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of 7/5/08. Employees of Sponsor, OMX, Inc. (OfficeMax) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, whether biological, step, adoptive or in-law) and those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing :
The Sharpie “Back to School” Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on July 5, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 pm CDT on September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. (1) Between July 5, 2008 and close of business September 30, 2008, pick up and complete an Official Entry Format any participating OfficeMax locations, while supplies last, or handwrite a 3”x 5”card with your first and last name, complete address including zip code (no P.O. Boxes), phone number and age and mail in a #10 envelope to: Sharpie “Back to School” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1083, Lombard, IL 60148-8083.

Limit :
Limit one mail-in entry per person per day (based on postmark date) and only one entry allowed per outer envelope.

Prize (s):
