Grab A Big Box To Win
During the Game Period, beginning on September 24th and ending on November 4th, purchase any specially-marked Taco Bell Big Box from a participating Taco Bell restaurant and look for the Game Code which can be found on the Big Box.
Alternatively, you can request a free Game Code, without making a purchase, by hand typing your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Box), birthdate, and email address on a 3½” x 5″ properly stamped postcard and mailing it to: Taco Bell and PlayStation Game Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Please note that you have until October 21st to request a free Game Code using this method.
Starting on October 22nd, you may obtain a free Game Code online by clicking here and requesting it as directed.
Next, text your Game Code to 25552 OR submit it at TacoBell.com/WinPS4 no later than November 4, 2015. If you are submitting it online, you’ll be required to submit your email address as well as all your contact information prior to submit your Game Code. Upon submission of your Game Code, you’ll find out if you have won.
