Eligibility : Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the forty-eight Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the first day of the Sweepstakes Period

Timing : The entry period for the Dockers “Manventure Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2011 at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 19, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per day – regardless of means of entry – during the Sweepstakes Period per person, immediate family, household address, cellular phone number or email address or account.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: Manventure Prize Package. The Grand Prize Package consists of: A) One “Manventure” weekend trip for the winner and ten (10) friends – all of whom must travel on the same itinerary – to winner’s choice of a US city serviced by Southwest Airlines and where Starwood Hotels manages a hotel property (list of destination cities to be provided by Sponsor), and B) a check in the amount of $10,000.00 which winner may elect to use to defray all or part of the tax obligation associated with the Grand Prize. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $34,000.00. In lieu of the Manventure Prize Package, Grand Prize winner may elect to receive a cash alternative prize of $250.00.

Two (2) First Prizes – Pair of Southwest Airlines Roundtrip Tickets: Each First Prize consists of two (2) roundtrip, open destination tickets on Southwest Airlines valid for travel from a major airport near winner’s home serviced by Southwest Airlines to a destination of winner’s choice serviced by Southwest Airlines (tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  Approximate Value of pair of roundtrip tickets is $800. Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) pair of Dockers pants. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $32.00.
