Eligibility : Wizards of Waverly Place Discover the Magic Sweepstakes is open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Wizards of Waverly Place Discover the Magic Sweepstakes is commencing at 12:01:00 A.M., August 1, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., November 30, 2009 (“Entry Period”)

How To Enter : You may enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet by logging onto Disney.com/discoverthemagic (“Website”)

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address/Code for each day during the Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to Los Angeles, California (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] visit to the set of Wizards of Waverly Place (“Show”) to see the taping of an episode (“Taping”), [2] an opportunity to have lunch with Sponsor-selected cast members of the Show on the Show set, subject to cast availability (“Meet and Greet”); [3] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [4] hotel/Taping transfers; [5] 1-Day Park Hopper® tickets for Group, including access to Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park; [6] hotel/Park transfers; [7] one (1) $3,000 check awarded to Parent; [8] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel and [9] airport/hotel transfers. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9,376

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: prize includes following elements: [1] one (1) Wizards of Waverly Place magic wand and [2] one (1) lunch box autographed by Show cast members (ARV: $25).

TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: One (1) autographed Wizards of Waverly Place TV series soundtrack (ARV: $19).

  16. Oh my gosh I want to win sooooooooooooo badly, but I no I won’t win cause I never do. I haven’t even seen i real star in my whole life only on TV. I haven’t even been to a concert. And I always ask my parents if I can get some new clothes cause my clothes are already short they can fit my friends 6 year old sister. And I realy want to win cause when my friends go to concerts or they get to see stars or they say they know hannah montana (whitch her parents said they know guy who’s related to hannah) she always talks about it. I have such a bad life cause when the day starts out good it ends out bad! When it starts out bad it stays bad! Like one time my dad just bought me a $200.000 phone on the same day of my school talent show, I put my phone in my back pack like i always do (but no boddy did know about my phone)and at th end of the show I went home open my back pack and it was gone!(I knew someone stoll it!) Another time I was petting my dog th next thing she did was jumped on me then hit my eye! My eyelash was in my eye! It burned sooooooooooooooo much! See my life is bad oh and I have known my friends since kindergarden and some since preschool and now I have to go to a school that none of my friends are going to, and it’s sooooooooooooo far from my friends. My best friend was like a sister to me we shared everything the next thing I know her mom married someone she and I don’t like the last time I saw her she had braces and she gave me a big hug then said bye,then she moved and that is the last time I saw her. She useto help me when I needed help she made bad days turn good and know she gone and it makes every thig ten times worse! ( I miss her alot)And that proves my life is bad! So if I win atlease I would have alittle more happiness.
